Captured in Pench National Park, India, The Face of the Jungle came together during an afternoon drive when we encountered this tigress preparing to cross the road. Realising that our vehicle was in her path, we moved back to give her the space she needed.

For a brief moment, she stopped, lifted her head and looked directly through my lens. That eye contact is what makes this image so special to me. Surrounded by dense vegetation, her face emerges from the jungle with an intense, almost magnetic presence, creating a portrait that feels both powerful and deeply personal.

 

Print Details

Each photograph is produced as a premium Alu Dibond print on a 3 mm matte aluminium composite panel. The high resolution seven colour UV printing process delivers exceptional sharpness, fine detail and rich tonal depth, while the matte surface reduces distracting reflections.

The frameless design creates a clean, contemporary gallery look. A concealed aluminium profile is professionally mounted on the back, allowing the artwork to float approximately 1 cm from the wall.
