Captured in the Serengeti, Tanzania, Born of Light shows a young lion cub resting against the base of a tree after playing with its siblings nearby. Above, its mother remained watchful while the cub briefly settled into the shade below.

What makes this image special is the contrast between youth and protection. The cub appears completely at ease, framed by the tree and surrounding greenery, while the soft light brings out the warmth and detail in its face and fur. It is a quiet moment of innocence within the wild, observed under the presence of a protective mother.

Each photograph is produced as a premium Alu Dibond print on a 3 mm matte aluminium composite panel. The high resolution seven colour UV printing process delivers exceptional sharpness, fine detail and rich tonal depth, while the matte surface reduces distracting reflections.
